Supervision for Therapists, Psychologists & Psychiatrists
I offer clinical supervision grounded in psychoanalytic, Jungian and group analytic thinking. My style is collaborative, containing and intellectually rigorous, supporting practitioners to stay reflective and ethically attuned in complex clinical settings.
Supervision may focus on:
Formulation from an analytic or relational lens
Transference and countertransference
Working with trauma, personality processes and clinical complexity
Professional identity and emotional resilience
Navigating organisational or ethical dilemmas
I supervise clinicians internationally, including those working across cultures and digital settings.
Currently I have psychiatrists, psychologists, art therapists, counsellors, group analysts, psychosexual therapists, psychoanalytic psychotherapists and integrative psychotherapists attending my supervision sessions, individually or in my groups. Sessions are mainly on Zoom but can also be in person.
Mentoring and Coaching for Clinicians, Educators & Professionals
I mentor doctors, senior clinicians, academics and professionals who want to think about their careers, leadership roles and emotional lives with greater clarity.
This is a reflective, psychologically informed coaching style — thoughtful, pragmatic and supportive — suited to people navigating:
Leadership pressures or transitions
Early or mid-career crossroads
Imposter feelings, isolation or burnout
Complex team dynamics
Identity and authenticity in professional life
Building confidence in teaching, supervision or research
Available internationally via Zoom.
